Rules

All store purchases will be entered into the giveaway unless otherwise indicated (please use the 'Contact Us' form if you do not wish to be entered).

All purchases between 15/09 (00:01 PST) and 31/09 (23:59 PST) will be entered into the giveaway. You can enter as many times as you like (one purchase is equal to one entry).

The winner will be picked at random by Living Simply House using store order numbers and contacted via the email address associated with that purchase.

The winner will receive a full refund of their order value, with no cap on the amount.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This Campaign is open worldwide to those who place a qualifying store order during the Campaign Period. Entries will be accepted by way of store purchase starting 16/09 (00:01 GMT) through 01/10 (23:59 GMT). The sole winner will be picked at random by way of store order number. There is no minimum order value for entry. Minimum age of entry: 18 years old.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Living Simply House as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Campaign.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted by way of store purchase starting 16/09 (00:01 GMT) through 01/10 (23:59 GMT).

How to Enter: Entry is automatic upon completing a qualifying store purchase during the Campaign Period. No additional action is required. You may enter as many times as you like, however one purchase qualifies as one entry. You must complete checkout using accurate contact information. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Living Simply House.

Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign (the "Winner") will receive a full refund of the value of their qualifying order, with no maximum cap applied. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Living Simply House. No cash alternative or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Living Simply House's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Living Simply House to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by Living Simply House at random. The Winner will be notified using the email address associated with the qualifying store purchase. Living Simply House shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of notification being sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER (AT LIVING SIMPLY HOUSE'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, You understand and agree that Living Simply House, anyone acting on behalf of Living Simply House, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the Campaign for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions: Living Simply House reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign should a virus, bug, unauthorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Living Simply House's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. Living Simply House reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website, or who violates these Terms & Conditions. Living Simply House has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, including voiding entries obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Living Simply House and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, claim, or damage arising, directly or indirectly, from: (i) participation in the Campaign and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or Campaign; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or processing of entries.

Disputes: This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, the participant agrees that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in London having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney's fees, other than the participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering this Campaign.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Living Simply House website.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Campaign is Living Simply House.

By placing a qualifying order during the Campaign Period, You, the Contestant, affirm that You have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules above.
