    Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and sent you will shortly receive an email with a tracking link. The tracking page can be found here or you can use our automated chat 

     

    There's an issue with delivery, can you help?

    We will help as much as possible, however, many delivery companies don't allow us to act on your behalf so we would advise speaking to the delivery company to locate or rearrange delivery

     

    Where do you ship to?

    We are able to ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we aren't able to. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us via our online chat or at hello@livingsimplyhouse.com

     

    How long does delivery take?

    As we ship worldwide this can vary by country, we are able to provide an estimate for the majority of places but we usually advise 5-18 days after processing

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes! If you change your mind please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, once an order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. If your order has been dispatched please refer to our returns policy 

     

    Do you accept returns?

    We do! We are happy to accept returns for many different reasons and in some cases, we are able to provide a free returns label. For full details please see our refund policy
